02/28/05 - Felipe Costa Seminar
Fusion academy was proud to host a seminar by World Champion
black belt Felipe Costa during his recent visit to the United
States.
The nearly 2
hour seminar at Fusion Academy's Salt Lake City location
featured a mixture of techniques geared for practitioners of
all levels. Students from white on through brown belt were on
hand to take advantage of Professor Costa's immense knowledge
of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which he presented in an easy to understand
and logical format.
Professor Costa also attended and instructed at a more informal
gathering the following evening at the personal training
facility of local martial arts legend, Dan Berry. 2 and a half
hours of detailed technical instruction was followed by a fantastic
barbeque!
Fusion Academy would like to thank Pedro Sauer student Robert
Lovi for helping to bring us such a unique and rich opportunity
to learn from one of the best.
